Hula hoop and aerial hoop cabaret entertainer.
After training as a dancer for two years, Jessie ran away to join Zippos travelling circus school, The Academy of Circus Arts, for a season, where she learnt to perform static trapeze and Spanish web. After a brief one-month stay at the University of Cambridge, studying music, she left to continue her true love - circus - and joined the training course at The Circus Space in London.
There, she took up hula-hooping and co-founded the hula-hoop company Hoop La La with friends Craig and Tiina, whilst developing her aerial skills on both swinging and static trapeze.
After Circus Space, Jessie worked for Circus Maniacs, and formed a partnership with Lisa Truscott performing doubles trapeze.
Drawing on all her skills, Jessie now works in a variety of different fields within the performing arts, from circus to TV, cabaret to workshops, and is constantly looking to expand her horizons.
