Hoop La La's Tiina

Hula hoop and hand balance circus cabaret entertainer.

Hailing from Finland, Tiina started circus as a hobby when she was just 14. At 19 she went to study circus in Lahti College of Arts and Crafts's in Finland full-time for two and half years, gaining a general grounding in circus arts, with an emphasis on hula hoops and aerial acrobatics. After graduating, she worked for six months in Lahti City Theatre, then won a place on the degree programme at The Circus Space in London. There, she specialised in hand-balancing, while extending her hula hoop skills.
